The new class "Themed Yoga" will start with "Yoga with Chairs". A chair can be your support and a way to give you a great new challenge. Each week the theme will change to keep you stimulated.
Animal inspirations – 5 days of yoga

We will use 5 morning sessions of yoga to explore how animals have inspired yoga postures and sequences. The bodies of animals are usually very relaxed, and they are experts at stretching and resting. Their movements are fluid and graceful and they can display great strength, stamina and control that can transform to high energy and speed or playfulness. Imitating the movements and actions of animals can teach us to be more graceful as we move through our daily activities. This program runs for two weeks with two times offered. ...

Yoga on the Waterfront at Frankston

Monday morning December 27 starts the Yoga on the Waterfront at Frankston. Meet a few minutes early for a 9am start. We will either be on the beach (between the pier and the bridge over Kananook Creek), or on the grass. Feel your toes making contact with the earth, or bring a mat if you prefer, and experience yoga on the waterfront with the smell of the sea, the sun and the breeze. As Christmas approaches with frightening speed it can be a time of too much to be done in too little time, leading to a feeling of tiredness and weariness, if not complete exhaustion. To help you recharge the batteries in the lead up to Christmas, the Wednesday night 6.15 class will become a class for refreshment and revitalisation. Free Classes

Great value at $13.33 per class and the pass is valid for 4 months. But perhaps the frequent yoga pass suits you better - $160 for unlimited classes for a month.
