Prenatal and Mums and Bubs

Prenatal classes are up and running on Saturdays at 11.15am and Mums and Bubs start on Thursdays at the new time of 11am.  Both classes are a great way for mums to be and mums with bubs to rest and relax.   You will also get some relief for bodies that are adjusting to carrying more weight and have the opportunity to share with other mums and connect more deeply with your baby.  Look forward to seeing you soon.

Prenatal yoga starts January 28

Yoga on Mornington Beach continues each morning at 8.30 until the last session on Sunday January 8. The 5 days of Yoga Inspired by Warriors commences on Monday January 9 with two morning sessions - 6.30-8.00am and 10-11.30am.  Details below.  Please book. Inspired by Warriors

5 days of yoga to get you into your yoga body.  The theme this year is Warrior Inspirations and we will draw on the strength and skills of ancient warriors and adapt them to suit our modern lives.  There are two time slots 6.30-8.00am for general to advanced and 10-11.30 for beginners to general.  Everyone is welcome and as usual you are encouraged to work at your pace.  You can download the flyer.
