<p>Symphisis Yoga will help &#8211; stretch, relax, improve your focus, ease cramps and feel better in your body.  Mondays 4.30-5.30pm until March 22.   $12 / class if you pay for the term of $16 per class casual rate.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This workshop will cover the basic principles of the Alexander Technique from a practical perspective.  You will look at what individual members of the group do with themselves when sitting, standing and walking and discover how to change dysfunctional patterns of posture and movement.   The workshop will also cover key-board, writing skills, playing instruments and singing and any particular requests from participants. </p>
