Yoga Classes

The studio will be closed for the first week in October. There will also be one or two other classes that won’t be held, you can check to see if your class/es are effected by moving the mouse over classes shown on the timetable below.

You are welcome to join us for any of the classes shown below

Lifestyle and occupational stresses take their toll on our well being and we recognise different people have different needs. We offer a variety of classes and you are welcome to attend any classes that appeal to you. Please choose classes and themes to suit you, your lifestyle and commitments. All practitioners are encouraged to respect their body and practice at a level with which they are comfortable. Your body will appreciate it if you take into consideration any injuries and medical conditions. We guide and encourage you to work at a level appropriate for you in all our classes so you can develop the confidence to fulfil your potential.

Do attend different classes to find the classes that suit you best. One class a week will make a difference. The more classes you do, the more benefit you will feel.

$20 for a casual class
$180 for a 10 class pass (valid 4 months)
$180 for a month of unlimited classes
