Yoga on the Beach classes will recommence in summer.
What a wonderful way to start your day. Your body moves differently on sand as it adjusts to the shifting grains of sand. The gently sloping beach gives support and challenge and a different perspective.
Breathe in the clean sea air and feel the weather against your skin and take time to observe how the weather’s many moods change the beach and the harbour. Whether it’s windy or still, warm or cool you will feel more alive as all your senses are heightened.
