A wonderful day to immerse yourself in a regular practice of yoga is to join one or both of our five early mornings of yoga in January. It may be indulgence or an essential way to feel connected and confident as you start 2018, but being there will be of benefit. The Friday smiles say it all.
- Monday January 8 to Friday January 12 – 6.30am-8.00am and
- Monday January 15 to Friday January 19 – 6.30am-8.00am
There will be plenty of tips shared during the week to give you clarity and a sense of purpose to take into the new year with grace and purpose. All welcome with opportunities for more experienced practitioners to stretch themselves and newer practitioners to be inspired.
