Meditation Classes

Meditation classes with Ian Rogers, an experienced meditation teacher, are available at Yoga for Life.  These classes are for students who want to increase their spiritual energy.  The classes are usually very relaxing, but their aim is much more than mere relaxation – it is to establish and deepen communication with your own guides.  The insight you receive during these meditation sessions will help you  understand issues presented to you in daily life.

Like yoga, meditation has to be experienced directly. Regular attendance strengthens your contact with your guides and allows you to become more trusting of the insight you receive.    Classes are held on Thursdays at 1.30pm and everyone is welcome.  No experience is required.
